Privacy Policy

Effective date and last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy explains how Right Time Group ("we", "us" or "our") handles information collected through righttime.ae, enquiries, service requests and job applications. Our privacy contact is hello@righttime.ae. We operate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We use the details you provide to respond to enquiries, support requested services and review job applications. Our website also uses Google Ads technology and our own traffic measurement system.

For information about Google's handling of data from websites using its services, see Google's Business Data Responsibility information and how Google uses information from partner sites.

1. Information we collect

  • Enquiries and service requests: your name, email address, phone number, subject, service interest, preferred contact method where supplied, message and the page or form used to contact us. Enquiry records may also include your IP address and browser information for security and spam handling.
  • Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, current location, selected vacancy, cover letter and uploaded CV. We store the CV, its original filename, file type and size, and application/review records. Your CV may contain employment, education and other information you choose to provide.
  • Service correspondence: information you send by email, phone or WhatsApp and documents you provide for a requested service. The information needed depends on the service; additional requirements will be explained when we request documents.
  • Website use: visited page paths, landing page, referring website domain, campaign parameters, ad click identifiers when supplied, random browser and visit identifiers, visit times and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application. Avoid including passport numbers, bank details, medical information or other sensitive information in general enquiry messages or website URLs.

2. How we use information

We use information to answer questions, prepare quotations, arrange callbacks, communicate about and deliver requested services, assess job applications, maintain correspondence and application records, detect spam and misuse, meet applicable obligations and understand website and advertising performance.

Submitting an enquiry requests a response about that enquiry; it does not by itself give permission for unrelated promotional marketing. Where consent is required for an additional use, it must be obtained separately.

3. Cookies, browser storage and advertising measurement

The website uses session technology to support forms and related website functions. Our traffic measurement system uses browser local storage to recognise a browser and retain the source of a visit while you move between pages. A visit normally ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, or when a different tagged campaign starts a new visit.

Links marked ?gad identify Google Ads traffic and ?mad identify Meta Ads traffic. We also use campaign parameters such as utm_campaign and utm_content, and may retain Google or Meta click identifiers supplied in links. A Meta-marked link or stored Meta click identifier does not by itself mean the website sends data to a Meta Pixel.

Our custom traffic tracker records page paths and campaign information rather than arbitrary URL query parameters. It does not collect form contents or IP addresses. This differs from enquiry records and data processed by Google or the website's hosting service. Browser and click identifiers can still relate to a device or individual even when a name is not recorded.

The Google Ads tag may process information such as page visits, ad interactions, device/browser details, IP address and cookie identifiers for advertising measurement and, depending on account settings and your permissions, advertising personalisation. Google's information links above describe its processing and controls.

You can manage or clear cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing storage removes identifiers held in that browser; a new identifier may be created on a later visit. Blocking storage or scripts can affect measurement and some website functions. You can also manage Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. These browser and Google controls do not delete enquiry, application or server-side records held by us.

4. Who may receive information

Enquiries and applications are made available to the relevant Right Time Group team and designated email recipients so they can respond or review them. Our hosting, database, email and other technical service providers process information needed to operate the website and communications.

For a service you request, relevant information may need to be provided to service partners, travel suppliers, professional advisers or government authorities involved in that service. The recipients and required information depend on your request and should be explained during the service process.

Google processes information collected through its advertising technology. If you follow a WhatsApp or other external link, the external provider processes your activity and messages under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

5. How long information is kept

  • Custom traffic records: our measurement system uses a 180-day retention window with periodic cleanup of older records. Deletion is periodic rather than immediate on the expiry date.
  • Browser identifier: the custom browser identifier is renewed after 180 days. Visit attribution stored in your browser may remain until it is replaced or you clear site storage, although an inactive visit is no longer used as the current visit after 30 minutes.
  • Enquiries, applications and CVs: these records do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline. Contact us to request a retention review or deletion. Ongoing service or recruitment needs, applicable legal obligations and record-keeping requirements may affect what can be removed.
  • Third-party records: Google, hosting, email and other external providers have their own retention practices. Copies in correspondence or backups may have a different retention cycle from the website database.

6. Security and international processing

The website uses HTTPS for communication and account controls for its administration area. No website, email channel or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please contact us if you believe information has been disclosed or used incorrectly.

Our providers and service partners may process information outside the UAE. Processing locations and protections depend on the provider and the service involved; you can contact us for information relevant to your request.

7. Your requests and choices

You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, ask for a retention review, or raise an objection or privacy concern. You may also ask to withdraw consent for a use that relies on consent. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Please describe the enquiry or application involved and use the email address you originally supplied where possible. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.

This privacy policy explains data handling; it is not a consent banner and does not itself obtain permission for optional tracking. Where consent is required for cookies, local storage or advertising processing, that consent must be collected separately.
