Business Setup Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven business setup sales executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in UAE business setup, company formation, and corporate services, with strong communication and client-conversion skills.
* Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
* Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
* Promote Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation services.
* Handle enquiries related to trade licences, visas, corporate bank accounts, and related services.
* Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
* Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Follow up consistently with prospects until the deal is closed.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in UAE business setup or corporate services.
* Strong knowledge of UAE company formation and business setup procedures.
* Experience in selling Mainland and Free Zone company formation packages is preferred.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong lead follow-up and sales-closing ability.
* Confident in handling clients through phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
* Target-orientated, self-motivated, and proactive.
* Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages is an advantage.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is a plus.
* Candidates with an existing client network or business setup sales experience will be preferred.
